Goal
To assist aspiring interns and freshers find internship opportunities to help them start their careers.
Challenges
At present, Naukri has no provisions for those seeking internships that can guide them towards suitable opportunities. Featuring internships would enable Naukri's clientele to identify deserving and competent candidates for such roles. Recruiting interns through Naukri will enhance engagement, thus fostering recognition and application in other hiring processes.

Users are mostly looking for internships to gain industry experience and add value to their resume
Users who are switching careers are equally interested in internships and full-time roles. They see internships as a learning opportunity to explore other career options.
Paid internships are valued more as compared to unpaid internships: Unpaid internships give a perception that the company is new and the intern will not get to learn a lot and there won’t be any guidance
Users are seeking mentorship and guidance in an internship, a major challenge that user's face is not knowing about the process of how the internship will be conducted
